Wednesday 6.15-7.15pm

Having fun and the development of good basic, core skills is essential to safe and enjoyable Judo, competency and the long-term retention of players. In terms of BJA syllabus we focus on achieving Junior Green Belt (to 12th Mon).
Alongside this we develop an understanding of the discipline expected of a Judoka, Dojo etiquette and the core values and fundamentals of Judo.
