Welcome to our inclusive, family-oriented Martial Arts School and Judo Club with 50+ registered Junior (8-14yrs) and Senior (14yrs+) players.

Our mission is to provide children and adults alike with the opportunity to learn Judo and develop the qualities that Judo engenders:

...all attributes which enable us to become more valuable and better valued members of society.

All CJC coaches are BJA United Kingdom Coaching (UKCC) accredited volunteers, with a wealth of knowledge about the art and competitive Olympic sport of Judo.

At the heart of the technical art of Judo is the concept that to be efficient in the use of movement or force will allow great things to be achieved with a minimum amount of energy required.
It is better to apply technique and use an opponent's force against them, than have to use your own strength.
